Shipping Methods
Greece
* Shipping and cash on delivery for destinations within Greece cost € 3 for orders up to € 40 and are Free for orders over 40 €.
They are delivered by ELTA Courier throughout Greece and Entippos Courier within Attica.
The latest estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days unless there is a different arrangement with the customer. They are usually prepared and shipped by 18:00 otherwise the next business day and courier usually needs a business day.
* There is a possibility that inaccessible areas are served by the local Post Office.
*After placing your order, you will receive an informative e-mail and with the details of your order the shipping number, and the search link of the parcel (please also check the spam if you have not received an update).
The orders we receive on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
*Any customer that wishes to receive on Saturday, should inform us and in this case, the extra shipping cost will be charged.

Our company is not responsible in any case for any delays due to force majeure or events that do not fall under the control of the company. Indicatively, there are reported delays that may be due to strikes, loading and unloading areas, extreme weather events (eg ban on ships leaving ports). In case of any delays, the company will make every effort for you to receive your order as soon as possible. (Possible delay may occur in some branches of ELTA due to a large volume of parcels: Agios Stefanos, Kryoneri, Piraeus, Ampelokipi, Makrigianni, Larissa, Agios Anargyros).
Cyprus
* For shipments in Cyprus, we cooperate with Kronos Express. Shipping is € 3.90 (+ 3€ if you choose cash on delivery) for orders up to € 70 and FREE shipping and cash on delivery for orders over € 70. Shipping needs 3-4 working days. After placing your order, you will receive an informative e-mail and when we deliver it, you will be informed again with shipping details (please also check the spam if you have not received an update).
The orders we receive on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

World
For shipments abroad, we cooperate with UPS. After placing your order you will receive an informative e-mail and when we deliver it you will be informed again with shipping details (please also check the spam if you have not received an update). Delivery time is estimated within 4-6 days from the day you place your order.
Payment Methods
You can complete your purchase with one of the following payment methods:
- CASH ON DELIVERY - payment upon delivery of the order (Only for Greece and Cyprus)
* FREE cash on delivery for orders in Greece.
When the courier employee arrives at your place, to deliver the parcel to you, you pay in cash the value of your order.
Cash on delivery service is free for orders in Greece.
- Via credit / debit card
Etherealderm.com online store accepts credit, debit, and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Maestro & American Express). Payment is completed by redirecting to Alpha Bank's secure payment environment or directly onsite with the security of the global Stripe platform.
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key or the corresponding Stripe service and protocol.
- Payment via PayPal.
Payment with PayPal is made under the strict terms of transactions imposed by PayPal.
Returns
- Greece
- You call the nearest ELTA Courier department so they may pick up your package from you, or you take it there if you want. You ship it back and you choose that the recipient takes the charge at the same info on the package you received. After your local ELTA Courier informs us, we get the pair back.
- We do not have partnerships with other courier companies so packages received from different courier companies will NOT be accepted.
- Returns with Post Office ELTA (Blue) are not accepted. If there is not an ELTA Courier department near you, you must inform your local post office that you wish the shipping to proceed with ELTA Courier.
- Once we receive the package, we check the product and the box to see if it is in the same conditions you received it, and we refund the entire amount of your order, either to the card you paid, to your PayPal account, or to the bank account (IBAN) that you will indicate to us for cash payments if no size change has occurred(the transfer charges will be deducted for every Bank account except Alpha Bank or Piraeus Bank).
--From the total amount of the refund you will be charged 5€ which is the shipping cost--

- All products must be as you received them. If the package is open we can't accept a return.
- For products on discount or included in bundled offers, you can't request a refund.

You should inform us by calling at +30 2102201900 or by sending an email at info@etherealderm.com so we could send the courier to pick up your pair. After we receive and check the condition of your pair we refund you at the bank account you will provide(in order to avoid wire transfer costs we recommend PayPal or Revolut for Cash on Delivery orders) to us or at your credit/debit card or any other method used to place the order.

-- Rest of the World
After you inform us of what you need to change, inside your package you will find a return label for UPS (if not included we will send it to you with an e-mail), you call UPS to pick up the pair. After we receive and check the pair, we will refund you at the bank account you want or at your debit/credit card or at any other method used to place your order.
--For every order, you will be refunded the initial order total except for the cost of the returning shipment which is from 25 to 35 euros (per shipment or size change), depending on the country or size/design changes--
